I have over 20 years of experience of working in Human Resources with a strong cross industry experience in all aspects of HR including; building HR functions from scratch, end to end project management, leading on organisational redesign and large-scale restructure programmes as well as coaching, developing and leading professional teams.
I have worked with start-ups, SME’s as well as large global organisations.
I have also run my own business working with individuals with mental health difficulties, qualifying as a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner and studying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. As a former founder and business owner, I really get what running a business is all about. I understand how hard it can be, but also how to see obstacles that stand in the way of success and growth as a challenge that can and will be overcome. I have brought my knowledge and understanding of people into my work with businesses and always make time to listen and hear people.
I am passionate about helping individuals and businesses realise their full potential and being part of the Staying Well@Work Team will enable me to contribute to making a real difference to individuals and businesses within RCT.
