Courses currently delivered include:
- Accredited Food Safety Training - Levels 1 -3
- Health & Safety Levels 1-3
- Nutritional development Training (including Allergen Awareness)
All courses are delivered by our experienced trainers at a variety of venues throughout Rhondda Cynon Taf. Bespoke workshops and courses can be produced on request and tailored to meet clients’ requirements.
Our trainers enhance the learning process by sharing their own personal experiences of public and private sector catering and continued daily involvement in large-capacity catering operations ensures all delegates receive the most relevant and up-to date topical information in a friendly and accessible manner.
Quality Assurance Support Officers who monitor food quality and safety standards are available to provide consultancy services including hygiene audits, hygiene related advice and Hazard Analysis documentation development.

|Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
||None but basic experience of working in a food environment is beneficial
|Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
||3 full days + exam on 4th day
||Food safety Level 2 certification is advisable
