A growing number of people are discovering the benefits of allotment gardening to grow your own food, or for the healthy exercise.

Whether you are an expert gardener or novice, please remember you are not alone and that there is a wide range of help, advice and assistance available should you need it. Your first point of contact should always be your site secretary (on site Sunday mornings), who will have a wealth of knowledge about the allotment site.
