Accessible Housing Options for Disabled People

Rhondda Cynon Taf Council provide a range of housing options specific to the needs of persons with a disability or chronic long term illness, that maintain independance and overcome social exclusion.

Pathways to Adapted Housing Scheme (PTAH) is a dedicated service within Rhondda Cynon Taff Council that specialises in providing practical advice and assistance in all aspects of housing for the disabled. 

PTAH works in partnership with the main housing providers operating in Rhondda Cynon Taff including

PTAH can provide assistance to apply for accessible accomodation that has been assessed and designated for the needs of persons with a disability.  We are able to provide advice on the full range of housing options and services related to adaptations and grants.
