The Rhondda Cynon Taf Landlords' Forum is organised by the Council but is run by landlords for landlords.
The Forum promotes consultation between the Council and private landlords, and gives landlords the opportunity to meet with the Council and discuss issues that may affect them.
The Forum is also an effective arena to exchange news, views and experiences. This is a great opportunity to learn from each other. Guest speakers are invited by the forum to attend and give updates on all areas affecting the private rented sector to improve standards and create business opportunities for landlords.
The Rhondda Cynon Taf Landlords Forum takes place 3 times a year. The aim of the Landlord Forum is to improve communication and form close partnerships by working with private landlords and to promote and improve standards in the private rented sector.
The Forum is open to private landlords, letting agents or any other organisation interested in issues affecting the private rented sector.
