Llantwit Fardre Sports Centre has an extensive adult and junior fitness timetable along with a well-equipped gym. It offers a range of indoor sports from five-a-side football court hire to badminton. The centre also caters for birthday parties, weddings, conferences and other functions.

Llantwit Fardre Sports Centre shares car park facilities with the Sports Club and Doctor's' Surgery, with two designated disabled parking available immediately in front of the leisure centre.
