Questions about Cancer? We’re here to help
Macmillan Cancer Support has formed a partnership with Rhondda Cynon Taf Libraries. All 27 libraries plus mobiles have cancer information points, with a more extensive range at the 3 main libraries in Aberdare, Pontypridd and Treorchy.
We provide free information about anything to do with cancer; individual cancer types, treatments and their side effects, coping with physical and emotional effects and every aspect of life after cancer treatment
There are leaflets, CDs and DVDs. There is also information to support children and to explain cancer to people with learning difficulties. We can also supply information in Welsh and community languages. In addition libraries have a selection of books available to borrow.
• Someone to talk to.
