Equality monitoring information is stored against all employees’ records in the Council’s payroll and Human Resources information system. The information is requested at the recruitment stage and entered onto their record at that point. The Council also encourages employees to update this information throughout their employment. Statistical analysis of the information is contained in the following files and covers all Council employees including teachers and school based employees.
