Winter Welcome Centres | Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council

This year once again community groups and organisations are working with Council officers to open community Winter Welcome Centres.

The exact offer in each venue will vary. However, they all provide as a minimum:

Free open access to a warm space.
A warm welcome and an opportunity to socialise
A free hot drink and warm snack
Free Winter items for residents to take home
A place to charge mobile devices
The list of community Winter Welcomes Centres open across Rhondda , Cynon and Taf is below, (which will be updated regularly) and residents are also able to drop into any Library within the County Borough.

Please contact the Winter Welcome Centre directly for their opening times and what they offer. (Please note that some activities/time may be dedicated times for children, families, older people or people with disabilities for example).
