Santa’s Toy Mine at the Welsh Mining Experience, Rhondda Heritage Park IS NOW OPEN.
Rhondda Cynon Taf Council has once again granted permission for Father Christmas and his helpers to land his sleigh at its popular family attraction and he has set up his Toy Mine at the former colliery.
A trip to Santa’s Toy Mine is a must during the festive season and while Christmas may seem some way off, visits are always in great demand, with many tours getting booked up months in advance, especially for Christmas Eve.

Accompanying adults will not be left out - they will get a hot drink and a mince pie upon arrival.
At Santa’s Toy Mine, which is suitable for all ages, there will be magical surprises around every corner. Each year it is one of the most popular festive attractions around South Wales.
New for 2017 is a Giant Snow Globe, Make-Your-Own Teddy Bear Workshop and the opportunity for Photos With Santa (additional costs apply). There will also be Evening Tours to Santa’s Toy Mine.
