Prepare for your scariest Halloween ever - X Scream is back!
X Scream returns to the Welsh Mining Experience at Rhondda Heritage Park for 10 terrifying nights in the run-up to Halloween (October 18-31).
Not for the faint-hearted, expect the unexpected as you enter the Halloween ‘scare’ attraction, aimed at visitors aged 16 and over.
Meet the storyteller, who will remind you of fairytales from your childhood before you come face-to-face with the dark side of ‘happily ever after.’
In the dark depths of the coal mine, hidden in the shadows, discover why the Queen of Hearts got her name or what really happened down the rabbit hole.Take a walk through Gepetto’s workshop or skip down the yellow brick road.
But will you escape or become another character in the storyteller’s twisted tales?
Cllr Ann Crimmings, Cabinet Member for Environment, Leisure and Heritage Services, said: “The Council is delighted to welcome X Scream back to our tourist attraction for the third year running. It is always a popular Halloween themed event which attracts visitors from far and wide.
“Aimed at visitors aged 16 and over, the event organisers are coming back to scare the wits out of the public with an attraction that is not for those who scare easily.”
Following their nomination for a prestigious SCAR Award as one of the UK’s top horror attractions, the new adventure promises to be more grotesque than your wildest nightmare.
