Welsh Governement has provided sector specific guidance for businesses to safely operate and reopen.
- ‘We’re Good to Go’ - UK-wide industry standard and consumer mark that demonstrates tourism businesses are adhering to public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment, and checked that they have the required processes in place. The scheme is free to join and open to all businesses across the tourism industry.
Guidance for working in other people’s homes - This document is to help employers, employees, and the self-employed and others (such as volunteers) working in or at people's homes (where the work does not require close physical contact) to understand how to work safely, taking measures to minimise the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
Support for childcare providers: coronavirus (COVID-19) - Childcare assistance scheme, loans, grants and support for childcare providers.
Test, Trace, Protect for Businesses/Employers
Your employees should NOT attend the workplace if they are showing ANY symptoms of coronavirus. They should self-isolate and book a test immediately.

Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) – provide advice, guidance and resources for small businesses and self-employed on how to reopen safely, financial support, keeping employees and customers safe, and other helpful information.
ACAS - provides employees and employers free, impartial advice on workplace rights, rules and best practice. We also offer training and help to resolve disputes. Has comprehensive information on furlough, pay, redundancy, sick pay, working from home and much more.
The Professional Association of Self-Caterers (PASC) - currently 100% focussed on getting Business Support measures from HM Government for self-catering businesses. They provide advise and guidance from how to clean your business, to risk assessments and insurance.
UK Hospitality – provide advice and guidance to the hospitality industry, providing regular updates, best practice, business solutions and adaptions, training and other practical measures.
