Last updated 24/03/2020 15:30

While we take actions to reduce the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we will endeavour to update this page with the latest information for residents on the availability of Council services and closures if and when required.

The Council’s contact centre will be repurposed to respond to coronavirus – please only contact the Council for essential/emergency requests. Our full focus is to prioritise all services in response to coronavirus. Normal Council response standards will not apply in these circumstances.

Any resident wishing to support their local community, and help to support the most vulnerable, is encouraged to register online at www.rctcbc.gov.uk/volunteer or, alternatively, contact the Council via the dedicated telephone number :01443 425020
