We have a number of grant funded employment support programmes running across Rhondda Cynon Taf, offering support and advice to all residents over 16, who are looking to get into employment, training or volunteering. You can also receive support to up-skill when you are in work.

Communities for Work (CfW) is a Welsh Government partnership Programme, between the Local Authority and Department for Work and Pensions, supported by the European Social Fund, and is working with people of all ages to provide support and advice on gaining employment and training.
Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) offers support to all residents in RCT who are looking to get into employment, training or volunteering.
Inspire2Work is a European Social Fund Funded Project which aims to provide training and support to secure employment for young people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment or training.
Staying Well at Work supports the Health and Wellbeing of staff within small and medium sized businesses in Rhondda Cynon Taf. Led by Rhondda Cynon Taf Council and part funded by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government, our services are available to businesses and individuals in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
