One to One Support

We have highly skilled staff who are able to support individuals on a one to one basis to make positive changes; be it to get more active, access activities and training opportunities, gain qualifications, start volunteering and find work.

How?

Our Mentors work with people at days and times to suit the individual. During the sessions, our Mentors ask the individual to accept small achievable tasks along the way. As a result, people often find themselves in a better place by the end of the programme.

Where?

Virtually or in a local venue or a place to suit you.

If you are being supported by our mentors you can access

  • Leisure for Life – in partnership with RCT Leisure centres, participants can benefit from personal training and gym access.
  • Our Barriers fund can support with initial costs for: transport to attend training, interviews or employment, small tools to satisfy a conditional job offer, photographic ID to open a bank account and clothing for an individual to complete a work placement or attend an interview.
