Aerotone offers the best of aerobics and body conditioning. It uses weights / resistance and aerobic moves to tone and burn calories.
It is a good mix of warm-up exercises, stretches, fat-burning, toning and a cool down.
This workout class has easy to follow, basic steps so you can work out at your own pace and intensity.

Classes last an hour.
How often should I attend and what should I wear/need to take with me?
Aerotone is a high energy workout, so frequency of attendance depends on personal preference and your recovery time. You should attend at least once a week to see the benefits, combining with perhaps Spinning or Circuits. For this class you need to make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing and footwear and be sure to bring a towel and a bottle of water.
