BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
What will a BODYPUMP class do for me?
This full-body barbell workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.
How long is a BODYPUMP class?
BODYPUMP™ is available as either a 60, 45 or 30-minute workout.
How often should I attend and what should I wear?
All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive trainers, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. During the class you’ll use a weight bar and weight plates and a step. These will be supplied in the class.
BODYPUMP™ will really challenge all of your major muscle groups so we recommend you do no more than two to three classes a week, and make sure you have a day off in between. Add two to three cardio classes in to the mix and you’ll shape and tone your body in no time.
