Functional Fitness uses a variety of equipment including TRX, dumbbells, and kettle bells to name a few, to help burn those extra calories.

Functional Fitness brings together key movements such as push, pull, squat, lunge, and hinge making it total body and aerobic activity for an effective exercise session for novices and professionals alike.

What will A FUNCTIONAL FITNESS class do for me?

Functional Fitness will work and tone all the major muscle groups while also strengthening your core and back.It's exceptional all-round appeal means you can also add a cardio and aerobic boost to the benefits as well.

How long is a FUNCTIONAL FITNESS Class?

Classes last an hour.

How often should i attend & what should I wear?

To secure maximum results, try Functional Fitness twice a week and perhaps combine it with something like swimming or Spinning.

Comfy clothes and trainers are essential - as is a refreshing drink.

Functional-Fitness

You can enjoy as many of our classes as you like, as often as you like, with your Leisure for Life Membership, which also gives you exclusive access to our online booking system, so you can secure a space on your favourite class up to seven days in advance. If you choose to pay as you go, you can book onto a class the morning of the class.
