We have decided to turn up the heat with our fitness class programme with our new Hot Yoga classes which will take place in our exercise studio. Our studio will be set at 30 degrees during Hot yoga classes.
What will HOT YOGA do for me?
Benefits of hot yoga include, you tend to burn more calories due to an increased heart rate and metabolism. The blood flow to your arms is increased, delivering more oxygenated blood to the muscles. Muscle tone and flexibility are improved.The heat forces the heart to beat faster, which advocates say provides a better cardiovascular workout and burns more calories.
How long is a HOT YOGA class?
Classes last 45 – 60 minutes
How often should I attend and what should I bring?
Two to three sessions a week. Make sure you are well hydrated before taking a hot yoga class; drink plenty of water throughout the day. Before a class. Try not to eat too much. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear to move in.
