How long is a KETTLEBELLS class?
Classes last 30 minutes to an hour.
How often should i attend what should I wear?
We recommend Kettlebells twice a week or mix it with Spinning or Circuits. Comfortable clothes and trainers are essential - as is a refreshing drink. We will provide the kettlebells!
