Kettlebells a good way to enjoy an all-round workout. You’ll complete exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

What will a KETTLEBELLS class do for me?

Great for cardiovascular strength, as well as toning and shaping your body and building strength, this intense workout covers cardio, strength, power and core.

How long is a KETTLEBELLS class?

Classes last 30 minutes to an hour.

How often should i attend what should I wear?

We recommend Kettlebells twice a week or mix it with Spinning or Circuits. Comfortable clothes and trainers are essential - as is a refreshing drink. We will provide the kettlebells!

Kettlebell

You can enjoy as many of our classes as you like, as often as you like, with your Leisure for Life Membership, which also gives you exclusive access to our online booking system, so you can secure a space on your favourite class up to seven days in advance. If you choose to pay as you go, you can book onto a class the morning of the class.
