Outrace is a multi-training structure able to offer many exercises through functional and suspension training, with the aim of helping users understand body performance. Outrace can improve strength, core strength and stability and will help improve conditioning skills
Using our exclusive OUTRACE training station in our brand new gym, this exciting new class allows you to train with other users in an active and interactive way.
OUTRACE offers a circuit training session, for small and large group activities, and is compatible with other equipment for simultaneous use. If you like variety and want to try out a new class that will test your strength, endurance, flexibility, speed and co-ordination, then give this class a go.
What will an outrace class do for me?
OUTRACE will offer a complete bodywork out helping to improve your functional fitness, strength and endurance whilst testing your speed and coordination.
Every session is unique; with our instructors using different kit and workout combinations to ensure the routine stays fresh and exciting each week.
What can i expect?
To squat, lift, pull, push, run and row to motivational music delivered in a circuit training format. This class might challenge your strength one week and your stamina the next. However, one thing is certain - it will be fun and our trained instructors will motivate and assist you throughout.
How long does the class last?
ANYTHING between 30-60 minutes, depending on the instructors/users?
How often should I attend what should I wear?
For best results, we recommend two sessions per week or a combination of OUTRACE and another class such as Spinning/Body Attack. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear. A bottle of water and sweat towel is a must.
