What will a SPIN AND SWING class do for me?
Spin and Swing will help you burn calories and fat while also toning up your arms, legs and core. Increasing your core strength will also work wonders for your posture and, in turn, help prevent back and spinal problems.
How long is a SPIN AND SWING Class?
Classes last 45 minutes to an hour.
How often should i attend what should I wear?
Spin and Swing is a great class to combine with BODYATTACK™ or Swimming. Please wear workout clothing that you can move easily and comfortably in and don't forget a bottle of water and a sweat towel.
