Spinfit offers intervals of circuit training, resistance training and cycling to deliver an all-round workout, which is great for toning, shaping and burning fat.
What will a SPINFIT class do for me?
Spinfit uses aerobic exercises, as well as resistance machines and our spinning to offer a varied, high-energy workout that will keep you on your toes and ensure you are never bored.
It's a great alternative to running or cycling when the weather is bad, offering a good cardio and strengthening work out with a range of equipment and move and music to get you going!
How long is a SPINFIT class?
Classes last 45 minutes to an hour.
How often should i attend what should I wear?
Spinfit is high energy so once a week should be adequate for you to start seeing results. Why not speak to your instructor about other classes on offer to complement your Spinfit activity, such as yoga or circuits. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes, especially trousers, as you will be on a bike and supportive footwear, plus a bottle of water.
