Frequently Asked Questions

How many are permitted on tour?
A maximum of 25 are permitted on tour. This includes all adults and children. Everyone on tour must have a valid ticket regardless of age.

Is the event only for RCT residents?
No, the event is open to anyone.
When should I arrive at the event?
You should arrive at the venue 20 minutes prior to your tour start time. You will not be permitted to join the tour once it has left. 
What if I am late?
Unfortunately we will be unable to add you on to your tour or move you to another slot if you are late.  Please ensure you set off in plenty of time to arrive at least 20 mins before your tour start time.
What is included in the ticket price?
A tour of Santa’s Toy Mine, a visit to Santa’s magical grotto and an age appropriate gift for each child.
What other activities are on site?
There will be additional activities on site this year.  Join in the activities in our huts/write a letter to Santa/visit our mulled wine stall or visit our photo and gift shop. Any workshop bookings with Chocolate House/Café or Craft of Hearts will need to be made directly with them.
Do I need to print my email booking confirmation?
No need to print, just show your confirmation email to reception on arrival.
Can I take a pram on the tour?
You can bring the pram on site but it will not be permitted on the tour.
Are wheelchairs and other walking aides allowed on tour?
Yes all wheelchairs and walking aides are permitted on the tour. You will be asked if you have any of these at the time of booking.
Do I pay for my baby?
Children U18 months will pay £3 which will contribute to the gift only.
