As restrictions across Wales continue to be eased, the Visit Rhondda Cynon Taf tourism team remain on hand to assist businesses as they re-open and make their way towards recovery.
Recent months have been challenging for our tourism businesses and we are pleased to see accommodation, eateries and attractions starting to re-open, demonstrating a huge commitment to customer, staff and community safety.
There is lots of information and guidance online to support businesses and the Visit Rhondda Cynon Taf team are pleased to have brought the key pieces together to assist:
Tourism Business Recovery Guide
This guide has been created by the Visit Rhondda Cynon Taf team and provides a step-by-step guide for tourism-related businesses.
It is intended to be delivered alongside (and in adherence with) with continuing Welsh Government guidelines and measures and includes information on risk assessments, business continuity, finance options, evaluation and more.
You can download this guide as a PDF to keep handy or read the full version online
We’re Good to Go
We’re Good to Go is the UK-wide accreditation and standard that has been developed in partnership Welsh Government, Public Health Wales and national tourism associations.
It enables businesses to complete an online assessment and secure signage and a “charter mark” for display in their premises, to demonstrate they are committed to – and in adherence of – national guidance on customer, staff and community safety.
You can secure your We’re Good to Go standard here.
