Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council’s Library Service consists of 3 Area Libraries which house local history collections and 10 Branch Libraries. Local authorities have a statutory duty under the Public Libraries and Museums Act 1964 “to provide a comprehensive and efficient library service for all persons”. We would like your views on our plans, and your ideas for how things could be done differently. |
