The Welsh Local Government Association has paid tribute to Councillor Andrew Morgan OBE who has confirmed his intention to step down as Leader of Rhondda Cynon Taf Borough Council
The Council will host a public drop-in event at Buarth y Capel in Ynysybwl, where the community can find out more about a proposed investment to significantly extend and refurbish the Additional Learning Needs setting
The leadership and performance of the Council has been praised following its statutory Panel Performance Assessment, during which the Local Authority has been independently assessed across its key functions
