Young Ambassadors
The Young Ambassador Programme has been refreshed and relaunched for 2024. It will follow a progression pathway consisting of 4 tiers which will reflect the young person’s leadership and development journey at their current stage and not age. Workbooks have been created with different activities and challenges at each specific level. These can be completed in their own time and in their own pace. They will be encouraged to document and demonstrate their progress in creative ways that suits their own learning. The programme is aimed at developing the future leaders of Wales through sport, physical activity, and play.
Young Ambassadors will use their roles to Inspire, Influence, Mentor and Lead within their school or community. With your help we will provide ongoing, person centred support for all Young Ambassadors to develop as confident, motivated, and skilled young leaders. We want them to learn leadership by providing positive and meaningful opportunities and experiences that will enhance their integral skills.
