Community Resilience Hubs and Resident Support

Community Resilience Hubs support Neighbourhood Networks by providing a point of coordination to respond to resident and community support needs.

The Council works with key partners to provide support to residents coordinated from the Community Resilience Hubs.

Winter Welcome Centres have been created all across the County Borough to help keep residents warm and safe this Winter.
