If your circumstances change and you no longer need your Lifeline, simply call us to notify us of your decision and an operator will arrange a convenient time for an installer to pick up your Lifeline equipment.

If you prefer, you can return it your Lifeline to the following One4All Centres:

  • Porth Plaza, Porth, Rhondda 
  • Aberdare Library, Aberdare
  • Sardis House, Pontypridd, Taff Ely

The One4All centre will take a note of your details and give you a receipt for your equipment.

Payment will cease from the date that the equipment is returned/collected.
