RCT’s Tenant Matching Service assists landlords to source prospective tenants.
Tenants are matched to a property according to their ability to meet the financial obligations in paying a set level of rent. They are supported to set up Universal Credit claims for their housing costs and assisted to set up utilities.
Landlords are under no obligation to accept households nominated by the Council’s Tenant Matching Service and are still able to advertise and let the property privately.
