Description

In this session we will be looking at the 5 ways to wellbeing and the importance of these, as well as additional components of wellbeing including sleep, diet, exercise and financial wellbeing. We will be discussing why these are so significant for our overall wellbeing and how we can improve them. We will then discuss and share tools that are available to staff to help and support with their wellbeing.

Wellbeing is subjective and unique to everyone. It is influenced by every aspect of our lives including relationships, environment, finances, sleep, exercise, and so many more.

Wellbeing is important as it is related to life satisfaction and the more satisfied someone feels with life, the more they will get out of each day and positively influence those around them.

Would you like this training to be provided in Welsh? Yes/No

There is a minimum attendance requirement for courses of 6 participants. This applies to all courses regardless of the language preference. Any course with fewer than 6 applicants  will be cancelled as it is financially unviable to run it under such circumstances. We would ask that you give us adequate notice if you are unable to attend any course you have booked on (at least 5 days), in order that we can determine whether it can proceed or not.
