Resilient Families Service – Our Resilient Families Service is our early intervention support for families. Within this service, we have a team dedicated to Children with Additional Needs (CANS) who can provide specialist support. 

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Neurodevelopmental Service The Neurodevelopmental service see children and young people aged 2-17 and provide diagnostic assessments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism (ASD). Behaviour Support Hub – The Behaviour Support Hub is a parent-led charity that provides early intervention and long-term support for parent carers. They offer workshops and training sessions, as well as peer support and 1-to-1 sessions. More information can be found here: Behaviour Support Hub – Support for Parent Carers and Schools

ASD Rainbows – ASD Rainbows is a charity that offers support for families affected by Autistic Spectrum Disorder and other related conditions. They offer a preschool nursery, afterschool club activities, and support to make life at home more manageable. National Autistic Society – Rhondda Cynon Taf branch - The National Autistic Society’s Rhondda Cynon Taf branch offers support and information for autistic people and their families. Autism Wales – Autism Wales is run by the National Autism Team, funded by Welsh Government. The website provides resources and information which are aimed at providing knowledge and practical tools for parents and carers of autistic people. AP Cymru – AP Cymru aim to create a neuro-inclusive world for children, young people, and their families by offering guidance and knowledge of neurodiversity. For parents, they offer wellbeing sessions, 1-2-1 parent support sessions, and a private parent forum.
