Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) – CAMHS is a team of professionals who offer support for the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. They offer different types of therapies (including group therapy, family therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy) and you can be referred into the service by a professional such as your GP, Social Worker, and more.
