As highlighted in the latest Covid-19 update message, the NHS has identified 15,000 residents of Rhondda Cynon Taf that are either over 70, have underlying health conditions or are pregnant, that should self-isolate for at least 12 weeks.
To support the dedicated RCT front line staff and community volunteers that are continuing to deliver vital essential services to these vulnerable people we are asking for your help.
Please complete the survey and we will look to match your preferences with the roles that we know need to be filled urgently.

This help could be working alongside an experienced member of social care staff, working in the community hubs delivering shopping, collecting medication, making up food parcels etc or, if you are unable to leave your home, undertake telephone work contacting vulnerable residents.
Whatever your role is, for example a HR officer, an administrator, a teacher, a teaching assistant, a finance officer or one of many other occupations in the Council who in the coming weeks will be working from home, if you would be willing to help coordinate and support this initiative then we want to hear from you as soon as possible.
We would emphasise that throughout this period of redeployment, your safety will be paramount and that you will not be expected to do anything that you are uncomfortable with.
Many thanks in anticipation for your support and look forward to hearing from you soon.
