You’ll be able to book your real Christmas tree in for kerbside collection by the Council from December 4th, with collections running from 2nd January to 2nd February 2024.

Please note: Artificial trees will not be collected in the Christmas Tree collection service. They must be taken to one of the Council’s Community Recycling Centres, or included in bulky waste bookings.

The bookable green waste collection service (including 'real' Christmas trees not booked for a collection) will be SUSPENDED from w/c Monday 25th December with normal services resuming on Monday 15th January 2024.
However, your green waste including real Christmas trees can still be taken to your local Community Recycling Centres (unbagged) throughout the festive period.
Please note:
- Available slots for this service will be regularly monitored by the Council.
- Residents MUST book their tree in for collection at least 24 hours before their "normal" collection day.
- Please remove all baubles/tinsel/lights from your tree and if your tree is bigger than 4ft, please chop into manageable sized chunks before placing out for collection.
