Any person Trading on the highways within Rhondda Cynon Taf must have a Street Trading consent from this Authority, and is controlled by The Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, Part III Schedule 4.
Regulation summary
Applications for a licence must be made to the Local Authority and a licence may be issued after certain checks are completed. The fee is payable on application and we require one passport-sized colour photographs of both the applicant and any assistants named.
