Rhondda Cynon Taf maintains an up to date list of available commercial property and employment sites in the County Borough for businesses looking to relocate or expand. The service aims to make the process of moving that much easier and helps businesses identify any potential opportunities for additional support by linking businesses with property vendors, Council services and business support agencies .  

The Council will look to link the needs of the business to available property and services using local knowledge and understanding of the local property market. The Council maintains current  records of vacant Industrial and Office property, employment land, and town centre retail properties.
