Through the provisions of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021, the Leader has determined to job share three roles under a Job Share arrangement.  The three shared portfolios will be divided into equal areas of responsibility and the whole portfolio will be covered by one of the job sharers in the absence of the other.
