Members of the public wishing to speak at a Council meeting must register by completing the below form. Please complete a separate form for each person requesting to speak.
Council meetings are held weekdays during school term time. Requests to speak must be submitted by 5pm at least eight clear working day before the relevant meeting. View the calendar of meetings.
Council meetings are livestreamed. View the Council meetings livestream. Should you want to observe the meeting only, please do not complete the below form.
