Vale, Valleys & Cardiff Adoption Collaborative (VVC) brings together the adoption services of the Vale of Glamorgan, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff and Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Councils.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council hosts the collaboration, which is one of the five regional collaboratives forming the National Adoption Service in Wales (NAS).
