As a result of a decision made by Cabinet on 17th October 2019, the Council is undertaking a 28-day consultation from Thursday 14th November to Friday 13th December 2019 in respect of some changes to its Regulation 123 List.
The Regulation 123 List is a list containing infrastructure projects that may be fully or partly funded by the Community Infrastructure Levy.
