Not forgetting the continued popularity of our stunning landscape and mountain walks, country
parks and easy access routes all undoubtedly increasing the numbers of visitors
travelling to Rhondda Cynon Taf.

With Welsh Government COVID-19 restrictions easing and the tourism and hospitality sector beginning to reopen, plus attitudes towards travel shifting towards localised UK staycations rather than foreign travel, this puts Rhondda Cynon Taf in prime position to become a sought-after holiday destination.

Tourism not only boosts economic growth in Rhondda Cynon Taf, it provides opportunities for skill development and secure employment for the local workforce.

With this in mind, a draft Rhondda Cynon Taf Tourism Strategy has been produced and we are inviting residents, those that work in Rhondda Cynon Taf, business owners and visitors alike the opportunity to put forward their thoughts on the draft Strategy, and help shape it further, by participating in this short survey.
