Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council previously operated a Disabled Person’s Parking Bay Scheme, which was suspended in 2023 to allow a review of the scheme to be completed. A revised scheme was operated this year, and the Council is now considering how it could be further improved. Please support us by sharing your views in this short survey.

The RCTCBC Heritage Service is undertaking a project aiming to improve the understanding and access of our museum and library collections. This project will result in the display of collection objects, curated by community members, across three Council libraries (Treorchy, Pontypridd, and Aberdare). We want to know which collection objects you think are important and if you have any stories or memories inspired by them!

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (RCTCBC) is developing a Flood Risk Management Communication Strategy and accompanying Action Plan to improve how we share information about flood risk and help communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from flooding. Your responses will help shape the Council’s future approach to communication and engaging with residents, businesses and communities about flood risk.

Childcare Sufficiency Assessment

The Welsh Government Childcare, Play & Early Years Division and local authorities are seeking feedback from families with children aged 0-17 to better understand childcare needs across Wales. The survey covers both registered childcare services (e.g. Care Inspectorate Wales) and unregistered services (e.g. nannies, au pairs and some activities and sports clubs). Findings from the survey will be included in reports published by Welsh Government and local authorities. However, local authorities cannot guarantee that all requests for childcare provision can be met. When completing the survey, please do not include any personal information such as names or details that could identify a child.
