In Extra Care, service plan reviews are undertaken with everyone on a 3-monthly basis and includes checking people’s satisfaction with their service. In the Rehabilitation Services, annual consultation surveys are sent to individuals who use the services, unpaid carers and referrers. For our short-term packages of care, feedback forms are completed by the individual and/or family carers at the end of a programme of support. Engagement with people using the service

All parent carers and social workers are invited to have their say about the provision through the use of a questionnaire which is prepared in every short break review held at the home for the young people accessing the service. Parent and carers are invited to ask if there are any improvements or changes they would like to see with the running of the service. This information is then discussed with the senior staff at the home and wider team to manage how best to respond.
