NOTIFICATION OF APPROVAL OF PREMISES AS A VENUE FOR MARRIAGES IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 26(1)(bb) OF THE MARRIAGE ACT 1949 AND AS A VENUE FOR CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 6(3A)(a) OF THE CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ACT 2004
Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council has granted approval for the premises shown below for the solemnisation of marriages and the registration of civil partnerships under the provisions of section 26(1)(bb) of the Marriage Act 1949 and section 6(3A) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.

Marriages in the presence of a superintendent registrar and registrar, and civil partnerships in the presence of a civil partnership registrar, may take place in the rooms shown on the plan of the premises, subject to the conditions attached to this approval (Annex A and C to this guidance).
This grant of approval will continue, subject to revocation, until the 1st day of October 2026
Application for a renewal of approval may be made on or after 1st October 2025.
The holder of this approval must notify the authority of any change in the name, qualification and full postal address of the responsible person. This person must be qualified in accordance with the Regulations (see Annex C, Condition 1). If at any time a new responsible person is appointed the holder must immediately notify the authority of his or her details as above.
This Approval is granted by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council on this Date:
