Citizens Advice RCT
are available to offer support on a wide range of issues including money matters, debts and Debt Relief Orders, employment, housing, mental health and welfare benefits.
Open to all, regardless of their age, income or employment status, the team of staff and volunteers offer one-to-one support on benefits, form filling, debts including rent arrears and mortgages and other financial agreements, fuel poverty, mental health and more.
You can also access help to learn how to manage your money, safe and responsible borrowing and understanding the impact of the recently announced benefit reforms and public sector spending cuts.
The service runs a series of open surgeries and appointments available throughout community venues across Rhondda Cynon Taff and beyond.
