Manage your accounts online

Residents, businesses and landlords access the various accounts they hold with Rhondda Cynon Taf Council online.

Council Tax, Business Rate and Housing Benefit accounts can be managed via the Connect system, which has been introduced by the Council following an increasing demand from customers.

It allows customers to see an overview of  accounts, check payment history and outstanding balances, set up direct debits, see payments made to them and their tenants and other transactions.

The online service includes:

  • Council Tax - view your payment history, set up your direct debit, check the band of your home and see what correspondence we have sent you.
  • Business Rates - view your payment history, set up your direct debit, check the rateable value of your premises and whether you are getting any rates relief and see what correspondence we have sent you.
  • Benefits - view what payments have been made to you or your landlord and what payments are due to be made, the details of your claim assessment and any overpayments and see what correspondence we have sent you.
  • Landlords - for all your tenants, view what payments have been made to you and what payments are due to be made, the details of any overpayments and see what correspondence we have sent you.
Residents who wish to access their accounts will first have to register for the service and be authenticated and verified.
