Rhondda Cynon Taf Council - Wellbeing Helpline

Due to the impact of the Corona Virus, and the level of change that we are experiencing, many staff are feeling worried, anxious and isolated.

In order to support staff through this difficult time the Council has introduced a Wellbeing helpline for RCT employees, Elected Members and Core partners. The wellbeing helpline can offer the following support:-

i)             Signposting to RCT Source and other further interventions for support

ii)            121 Coaching sessions from our qualified coaches

iii)           A 15 minute wellbeing call with a qualified Counsellor (this service is a call back service and will be available evenings and weekends in line with the client’s needs)

All calls are confidential and will not form part of any occupational health recording process. The helpline is available Monday-Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays)  8.30 to 18.00 hours.
