Connect to Work is a voluntary supported employment programme. It is delivered by trained coaches in partnership with local employers to support disabled people, those with health conditions and those with complex barriers to move into and maintain employment. It also supports people who are at risk of losing their job due to challenges they face. Employers will also be supported to take on participants.
Connect to Work is a free service that can help you find or keep a job that is right for you!
We understand people face challenges when it comes to work. This can be because you have a disability or a health condition.
You could be homeless, caring for someone else, a veteran, a refugee, a care leaver or a former offender. Or you might be struggling with complex issues, such as substance misuse or domestic violence.
How we can help you:
- We’ll help you find the right job by focusing on your strengths.
- We’ll get you into paid work quickly and help you keep it.
- We’ll support you if you are currently working and struggling to keep your job.
- We’ll work with an employer to make sure you get the support you need.
- We’ll work closely with health teams to make sure you get joined-up support for your health, wellbeing and your job.
